Not happy Negative: I really feel you need to know of my tragic weekend. I booked a two bedroom apartment for four adults - not couples. I was specifically asked how many people so there would be sufficient linen and towels available for our party. When we arrived the key code did not work. I called to get assistance but had to leave a message and my phone went flat just as I finished. my son then called, was given an apology and a new code for the rear accommodation on the property. Had this room been clean it would have been quite nice for a couple. This room had a kitchenette, one bed, and a fold out sofa, all in the one studio room. There was only two towels in the bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper, no sheets, doona cover or pillows for the fold out sofa, no seating for four in the lounge area. The sugar bowl was emptied but not washed there was only two teabags no milk for a cuppa, the fridge had not been cleaned the bedding was un ironed and don on the floor beside the bed was a used condom-yes I do have photos. It was an absolute nightmare I fell sure that I have slept in sheets used by a stranger I went to buy some new towels but they need to be washed first so I was no further in front.If I didn't have my 91 year old mother with me I would have just gone home but she was exhausted from the days events and just wanted to eat and sleep. she woke the next morning only to find her hearing aids had not charged as the power point must have been faulty. So when she went to Grandparents day at the grammar she could not hear the conversations of the day. overall the worst accommodation experience of my entire life.

Quiet neighborhood and clean guesthouse. Highly recommend this property. Positive: It was homely and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Negative: Nothing I don't like.

Modern amenities in a handy location. Positive: Good location to Lake Wendoree, clean and tidy with modern amenities. Negative: Internal glass doors, I've seen this become a modern trend in other properties and it's quite annoying. The light illuminates the adjoining rooms and wakes those that are sleeping.
